Class T Scope: Transient Non-Community Groundwater Systems

Class T is the most narrowly drawn operator class in the Colorado programme, and the boundaries
are not decoration - each one removes a whole body of subject matter and adds a different one.
Under Regulation 100 the class authorises operation of a facility that is:
- a transient non-community water system;
- supplied by ground water that is not under the direct influence of surface water;
- serving fewer than 100 people per day; and
- using non-gaseous chlorine only for disinfection.
