Program Structure
Florida wastewater treatment plants are licensed by the FDEP Operator Certification Program (OCP) under Chapter 62-602, F.A.C., with plant classes D (entry) through A (highest) mirroring the water treatment ladder. Licensure is linear and renews biennially, with a statewide April 30 (odd years) deadline.
